Event Terms & Conditions
Effective date: August 1,st 2026 Event host: JoselynMartinez Inc. ("Organizer," "we," "us")
By registering for, purchasing a ticket to, or attending this event (the "Event"), you ("Attendee," "you") agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before registering.
1. Photography, Audio, and Video Release
The Event may be photographed, audio-recorded, and/or video-recorded by JoselynMartinez Inc. or its authorized representatives for promotional, educational, archival, or marketing purposes.
By attending, you grant JoselynMartinez Inc. a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and distribute your image, voice, likeness, and any statements you make at the Event, in any media now known or later developed, without compensation, notice, or additional approval.
If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, you must notify the event team in writing prior to the Event and alert on-site staff immediately upon arrival so reasonable accommodations can be made. We cannot guarantee removal from group or wide-shot footage/photography where individual identification was not reasonably avoidable.
2. Assumption of Risk, Release, and Waiver of Liability
Your participation in the Event is entirely voluntary and at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue JoselynMartinez Inc., its officers, employees, contractors, vendors, sponsors, and venue partners (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, illness, or death that may occur before, during, or after the Event, regardless of cause, including the negligence of the Released Parties, except to the extent caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
You are solely responsible for your own safety, conduct, and personal property while attending the Event.
3. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your acts or omissions at the Event; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) any injury or damage caused by you or your guest(s) to any other person or to property at the Event or venue.
4. Health & Safety
By attending, you confirm that you are physically able to participate in the Event's activities. If you have a medical condition, allergy, or accessibility need that may require accommodation, it is your responsibility to notify the event team in advance at [insert contact email]. You agree to follow all safety instructions given by staff or venue personnel at all times.
Emergency contact: Attendees are encouraged to provide an emergency contact at registration. In the event of a medical emergency, Organizer staff may seek emergency medical treatment on your behalf if you are unable to communicate your wishes; you agree to bear any costs associated with such treatment.
5. Minors
This Event is intended for attendees 18 years of age or older unless otherwise stated. If a minor is permitted to attend, a parent or legal guardian must complete registration on the minor's behalf and separately sign a Minor Participation, Photo Release, and Waiver form prior to the Event. A minor's own signature or click-through acceptance does not constitute valid legal consent to these Terms.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or unused portions of the Event.
If the Event is canceled or materially altered due to circumstances described in Section 7 (Force Majeure), Organizer will notify registered attendees and may, at its sole discretion, offer a credit toward a future event, a partial credit, or a reschedule date. Organizer is not obligated to issue a cash refund.
7. Force Majeure
Organizer is not liable for any failure or delay in performance, or for cancellation or modification of the Event, due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, extreme weather, natural disaster, government order or restriction, public health emergency, venue unavailability, labor dispute, power outage, or other similar events.
8. Code of Conduct
This Event is intended to be a respectful and inclusive space for all attendees. Harassment, discrimination, violence, or disruptive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated. Organizer reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove any individual who violates these standards, without refund or further liability to Organizer.
9. Travel & Third-Party Services
Attendees are solely responsible for their own transportation and any third-party services they choose to use in connection with the Event (e.g., parking, rideshare, lodging, dining). JoselynMartinez Inc. is not a party to and assumes no liability for any delays, disruptions, injuries, or losses arising from these independent, third-party arrangements.
10. Use of Personal Information
Information collected during registration (such as name, email, phone number, dietary restrictions, or accessibility needs) is used solely to administer the Event and communicate with attendees, and will not be sold to third parties. By registering, you consent to receive Event-related communications from Organizer.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Event shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and JoselynMartinez Inc. regarding the Event and supersede any prior understandings, whether written or oral.
By clicking "I Agree" or attending the Event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted all Terms and Conditions outlined above.
