Event Terms & Conditions

By registering for and attending this event hosted by JoselynMartinez Inc., you agree to the following terms:

1. Photography, Audio, and Video Release

This event may be photographed and/or recorded for promotional, educational, or archival purposes by JoselynMartinez Inc. or its authorized representatives. By attending, you grant permission for your image, voice, and likeness to be used in future materials—without compensation or additional approval.

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify the event team in writing prior to the event and alert staff upon arrival so accommodations can be made.

2. No Liability Disclaimer

Your participation in this event is entirely voluntary and at your own risk. JoselynMartinez Inc., its affiliates, contractors, vendors, and venue partners assume no responsibility for any injury, illness, loss, or damages that may occur before, during, or after the event. You are responsible for your own safety, behavior, and personal property.

3. Health & Safety

You confirm that you are in good health and able to participate in the event activities. If you have any medical conditions or accessibility needs, it is your responsibility to inform the event team in advance. You agree to follow all safety instructions given by staff or the venue at all times.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be provided for cancellations, no-shows, or unused portions of the event. If the event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, venue closure, illness), the organizer will notify attendees and may issue a credit or reschedule at their discretion.

5. Code of Conduct

This event is designed to be a respectful and inclusive space for all attendees. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. The organizer reserves the right to remove any individual who violates these standards—without refund or liability.

6. Travel & Third-Party Services

Attendees are responsible for their own transportation and any third-party services they choose to use (e.g., parking, ride shares, dining, etc.). JoselynMartinez Inc. is not liable for any delays, disruptions, or issues that arise from these independent arrangements.
