Hasani Reyes - Special Facilitator

Hasani Reyes is an Intuitive Guide and Shamanic Energy Healer who holds an ICF credential in Transformational Coaching. She guides clients through a holistic journey of self-discovery and soul-reconnection, helping them rediscover a passion-filled, purposeful life after a lifetime of living up to societal and cultural expectations.

​After an unexpected health crisis at the peak of her corporate fashion career, where she led creative Visual Merchandising teams throughout the country in various fashion retail brands. Hasani experienced her own radical healing and transformation. This traumatic life experience led her to uncover her intuitive gifts, calling, and a deep reconnection to her own spiritual wisdom.

- SESSION OUTLINE -

 

1:30 - 2:00 PM | Arrivals + Mingling
Light bites, introductions, and informal connection.
 
2:00 - 2:45 PM | Opening Conversation
A facilitated conversation between Joselyn Martinez, David DeVaughn, and guests on how collaboration actually works: finding the overlap in our skills, identifying contract opportunities, and being honest about what it takes to go after bigger work together.
 
2:45 - 3:00 PM | Break
 
3:00 - 3:45 PM | Working Groups
Attendees break into small groups based on shared interests or goals. Examples: teaming on upcoming RFPs, building referral partnerships, forming accountability circles around a 30-day goal.
 
3:45 - 4:15 PM | Report-Backs + Commitments
Each group shares one takeaway. Every attendee names one concrete thing they'll move forward in the next 30 days.
 
4:15 - 4:30 PM | Close + Next Steps
Wrap-up, exchange info, and discuss whether a follow-up session makes sense.
